Angel Food Cake

I have had the worst cravings for angel food cake this past week.  I have made two already.  I like them WELL done- my DH calls them burnt and I say yep, more for me!   I have been on 20 units of Lupron since April 2 and I get to go down to 10 units today!  I also start estrogen patches tomorrow.  I spoke with my IM this morning and she is doing great!  Her ultrasound showed everything to be right on target.  That's all!  Only 2 more weeks and I will be pregnant until proven otherwise!
