The title says it all! I have not made an entry in 9+ weeks and I guess I should give some details. The babies are growing right on track. They are even a little big for their age which I think amuses my IM. She knows that all of my own children have been on the smaller side where as all of her children have not. I think she is somewhat scared for me to push out big babies! I am short-- only 5'1" on a good day(officially 5"3/4" really) and I remember she made a comment to the RE asking how I was going to be able to manage this. The body works in mysterious ways!
We had our 'big' ultrasound last week and the tech was able to take a sneak peek at the babies for me and we(I mean I) officially know the sex of one baby. Baby A was very cooperative as Baby B was facing my spine and was very shy. We did however get to see the skull shapes of the babies:
and it is very interesting to hear the IPs speculate on which is which sex. IM guesses one of each sex and IF guesses both girls! I am guessing the same as my IM and at least I know I am 50% right!!
My belly has been visible for a few weeks now, but over this last week, I have had a breakthrough!! They are laying like this:
So my right side of my abdomen is FULL of baby. I can feel it and I can see it. It is very odd!
